

Epochal Juice - Year long Senior Capstone

I created a naming convention and contact sheet for our team, as well as setting up our pre-production deadlines in shotgun
I managed our team's google drive and discord where we posted updates and exchanged files



In pre-production and production we used responsibility sheets twice a week with each team-member's tasks
I also created three Gantt charts for my team in each 10 week period so we could keep track of upcoming deadlines



When assigning everyone's shots for production, the director and I sorted out everyone's shots in Adobe After Effects with color coding so we could make sure the workload was even between the team







This is our team's scene list, where we kept track of the status of each shot and important notes

In production, to help juggle the massive workload I created an additional calendar with everyone's weekly tasks.

In post-production we used a more list oriented schedule to keep track of things as this format was preferred by the team.


Throughout the course of the year the director and I made additional documents to help with organization such as this one where we tracked the status of the layouts. We made similar ones for compositing, and times we were in a crunch.
